New Year's Eve tasting menu by chef Chris Theofanous. Menu includes canapés, sea bream, beef tartare with oyster and caviar, foie gras parfait, Jerusalem artichoke with black winter truffle, Beef Wellington, yuzu dessert and dark chocolate with white miso. €165 per person; €30 deposit required to secure the reservation.
