Cyplora processes only data required to operate the app, provide requested services, communicate, maintain security and meet legal obligations. This may include account and contact data, voluntary profile information, booking or request data, and technically necessary usage and device data. Data is not sold or used for unrelated purposes without a lawful basis.

Depending on how you use Cyplora, processing is based on performance of a contract, your consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests in secure and reliable operation. Necessary data may be processed by Base44 as the technical platform and by payment, map, messaging or booking services you explicitly choose. External providers apply their own policies.

With your separate consent, we collect optional app usage statistics through Base44: installation clicks, browser-reported installations and app sessions, with a broad device category and timestamp. These event payloads do not contain names or user identifiers. Browser session storage prevents repeat counts within a tab. You can withdraw consent for the future using the privacy settings at the bottom of the page. These figures are not a complete count of installed apps or unique people.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent for the future at any time. Contact us by email. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

Cyplora uses Google Maps Platform and the Places API to display current place and business information. Google content is identified as Google Maps and is not presented as Cyplora-owned data. These features are additionally governed by the Google Maps/Google Earth Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

Business claims are reviewed before public approval. Applicants confirm that they are authorized to represent the business. Partner-provided information is stored separately from Google content; false or abusive claims may be rejected or removed.

Cyplora provides local information, listings, advertising and contact options. For holiday accommodation and tours, Cyplora is not the host, tour operator or booking service. Booking, contract, payment, cancellation, refund and delivery are handled solely between the user and the relevant external provider. Paid Cyplora services cover advertising, featured placement or profiles only.

Organizers may add external ticket, booking or payment links to their events. These links lead to offers and payment pages operated by the relevant organizer or its payment provider. Cyplora does not receive the ticket price, manage or hold those customer funds, and does not become a party to the ticket purchase or event attendance contract. The contract is exclusively between the user and the identified organizer or ticket provider. The organizer alone is responsible for event information, prices, availability, performance, admission, age restrictions, permits, taxes, invoices, privacy during external payment, cancellations and refunds. Before paying, users must verify the provider, price and terms shown on the external page. Cyplora may suspend or remove unlawful, misleading or abusive listings and links. Mandatory statutory rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Holiday accommodation providers confirm their authority to let and must supply a valid Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Tourism registration number. They alone are responsible for the property, listing details, prices, availability, contracts, payments, cancellations, taxes, permits and guest service. Cyplora reviews submitted information where possible but does not guarantee live government verification and may reject, suspend or remove listings. Users may submit only lawful, accurate and non-misleading content.
